Our specialty is cold-set web offset publication printing. Web offset printing is a high-speed printing method that uses a continuous roll of paper, making it ideal for large print runs. This technology is widely used for producing newspapers, magazines, catalogues, and other high-volume publications. Its efficiency and cost-effectiveness make it a preferred choice for printers and publishers worldwide. Public and private sector publishers of newspapers, tabloids, magazines, catalogs, directories, schedules, and booklets from all over the Midwest depend on us to meet their deadlines and high-quality requirements.

As a commercial cold-set web offset printing facility we have the capacity to produce newspapers, magazines, and specialty publications, of a wide range of sizes and page counts.  Our high-speed Koenig & Bauer Comet press consists of four CMYK towers capable of printing up to 64 tabloid pages, or 32 broadsheet pages of color in a single run.  Capable of printing 75,000 copies per hour, we can significantly reduce turn-around times at a lower cost compared to other printing methods, while delivering consistent print quality.

Saddle stitching is a type of binding method which stitches pages together with a metal wire. The overall appearance looks like staples down the spine of your product which is a popular finishing method for booklets, newsletters, catalogs and magazines due to its economic design.

Our high-speed Muller Martini saddle stitcher can gather up to six magazine signatures, staple the spine, and trim three sides leading to optimal production reliability and high net output.
